Midnight Juggernauts & Remixes

I don't quite see it myself, but apparently Melbourne's Midnight Juggernauts (MySpace) is the next big thing. Great, haven't heard that claim in a while ...

Regardless of what they're being sold as, the Australian trio is pretty damn solid. In just a couple years as a duo and one or so more as a filled-out three-piece, Middnight Juggernauts have whipped out an album of their own, several EPs and singles, remixed for the likes of !!!, the Presets, Dragonette, and the Electric Six, while being remixed by legends such as Cut Copy.

The album, Dystopia, is really something, too. Stomping, confident disco-infused beats and loose guitar strumming, falsetto-driven harmonies, laser-light show synth lines ... a contagious and addictive culmination of years of great dance music (Daft Punk), phenomenal Australian releases (I'm looking at you, Cut Copy and Modular), and incessant dance clubs. Not to say Midnight Juggernauts is equal to the sum of their parts, but they do represent the better side of all things dance and electronic and club from the past decade or so.

Below are some very solid remixes.

Midnight Juggernauts - Road to Recovery (Curses! Remix)

Midnight Juggernauts - Road to Recovery (D.I.M. Remix)

The Popular Computer Remix ends after one minute. Is that correct, or could you reupload?

Thanks!
