Cozmic Corridors

An esoteric, mysterious German band from the early 70s that was recorded by a certain British producer named Toby Hrycek-Robinson, then very active in the kraut scene. On this, their only album, which seems to have not seen the light of day until decades later, he's credited as the Mad Twiddler.

Abstract and moody, almost to the point of coming off as lazy. But the enlightened, meditative, Terry Riley-esque qualities of the pieces make them ultimately feel rich and robust. Seriously cosmic, spacey, often spooky stuff that I'm surprised is nearly fifty years old; I wouldn't think twice if someone told me this came out last week.
